I am a Principal at Econic Partners, LLC.
Previously, I was a senior statistician and researcher in the Office of Applied Research and Outreach at the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Economics, where I collaborated with staff economists and economics professors on research relevant to the FTC's mission. I also managed mission-critical upgrades to the Bureau's computational infrastructure.
My research interests are industrial organization, antitrust, and applications of machine learning. I have coauthored research papers that are currently under review in peer-reviewed economics journals.
I keep abreast of advances in statistical computing and design implementations in Julia and R. As an MIT alumnus and educational counselor, I have the privilege of interviewing prospective students and serving as an ambassador for the MIT community.
